Artists Announced for Create! Magazine Issue #58: In Full Color
We are thrilled to announce the selected artists for Issue #58 of Create! Magazine, guest curated by the incredible Liz Lidgett, founder of Liz Lidgett Gallery.
Liz Lidgett is an art advisor, writer, and gallery owner based in Des Moines, Iowa. As founder of Liz Lidgett Gallery and Design, she works with clients to find the perfect piece of art for their style, space, and budget, an eye for fit that shaped how she approached this call. She has contributed to national publications including Better Homes and Gardens and Martha Stewart Living, and she lives in Des Moines with her husband and children and their ever-expanding art collection. For In Full Color, we asked artists to respond to color however it showed up in their current practice, whether as language, structure, memory, or emotion. The submissions we received reflected just how far that theme could stretch. Liz reviewed each entry with the eye of a working advisor, one who thinks daily about how color lives in a space and in a collection.
