Blue Green Galleria Fine Art Announces Duo Presentation of Yuna Hu and Long Han at the Salt Lake Art Show
The inaugural Salt Lake Art Show will run May 14-17th at the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy, Utah. From the creators of the Reno Tahoe International Art Show, the SLAS will feature over 200 artists and 50 galleries in six segments of the fair: Galleries, Studios & Collectives, Utah Treasures, Sculpture Walk, First Nations, and Bespoke Furniture. One of the highlight exhibitors at this highly-anticipated event is Blue Green Galleria Fine Art at booth A202, which will be exhibiting a duo presentation by artists Yuna Hu and Long Han.
Yuna Huis a contemporary surrealist artist whose work explores the intersections of feminine consciousness, metaphysics, and the structure of perception. Through crystalline architectures, luminous color, and dreamlike forms, she investigates how emotion and order coexist — and how women reclaim agency within systems of control.
Long Han received her BFA from the China Academy of Art and her MFA from the Universität der Künste Berlin. Her practice centers on floral imagery, developed through two distinct yet interrelated bodies of work. One originates from plein air studies around West Lake in Hangzhou, where she re-engages with the legacy of classical Chinese flower painting through a contemporary lens. The second, the "Plastic Flowers" series introduces an artificial and constructed counterpart, questioning notions of authenticity, permanence, and the shifting value of nature in a mediated world.
