Art & Travel: The Gathered Tour Lagos

The Gathered Tour Lagos (October 16 - 27, 2026) is an intimate collector’s journey held during Design Week Lagos, created for people who believe that travel, art, and design shape how we see the world.

Hosted by attorney, art advisor, and Golden Our founder Ogechi Harry, Gathered reflects her belief that collecting begins long before an acquisition. It begins with learning how to see.

Gathered is not a sightseeing itinerary. It’s an immersive art and design experience for collectors, creatives, and curious travelers who want to understand Lagos through the artists, designers, makers, and spaces shaping the city today.

More than anything, it’s an opportunity to study in the field. The collector’s eye isn’t built only in galleries. It’s shaped by conversations, architecture, craftsmanship, history, and lived experience.

Throughout the week, guests will visit artists’ studios, galleries, and remarkable architectural spaces, engage in conversations with artists, designers, and collectors, experience Design Week Lagos from the inside, and explore iconic destinations. A few highlights include Nike Art Gallery and John Randle Yoruba Center, alongside exclusive experiences and conversations not available to the general public. Every experience is designed to deepen perspective and cultivate a more intentional way of seeing.

More than a tour, Gathered invites guests to slow down, sharpen their eye, and experience Lagos alongside the people shaping its creative future.
