Hi! I'm a wildlife painter from Fairview, Kansas. My work focuses on exploring the connections between patterns in nature and traditional textiles. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in painting from Kansas State University, a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in studio art from Florida State University, and was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship in Painting. Currently, I do custom woodworking, blending my passion for design and building.

Artist Statement

The Quiet Hours reimagines quilts as stained glass windows, transforming them into immersive, light-filled structures. Made from tinted vinyl and heirloom fabric, the quilts drape over wooden arches, creating a colorful space viewers can walk through.
