PMA Contemporary Craft Show Hosts New and Returning Artists for its 49th Annual Edition

The 49th annual Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show has announced its new and returning artists for this year’s show at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Running from Friday, November 7, 2025, to Sunday, November 9, 2025, with a Preview Party on Thursday, November 6, 2025, guests will be able to explore and purchase unique, one-of-a-kind works by artists from across the United States.
“This year’s dynamic array of artists —both new and returning— brings a refreshing and innovative approach to the world of contemporary craft. We are proud to showcase their exceptional talents and creativity while elevating their redefinition of contemporary craft. As we celebrate our 49th year, there’s a sense of excitement as we look ahead to the 50th anniversary next year,” said Nancy O’Meara, Craft Show Manager.

The Craft Show is a highly anticipated event every fall in Philadelphia. Since its inception, the show has raised over $15 million for the Philadelphia Museum of Art, supporting educational programs, special exhibitions, acquisitions for the permanent collection, and other programs. For those interested in attending this year’s show, tickets are on sale now. All ticket sales will support these various initiatives at the museum.
This year’s show features 195 talented artists from across the United States, curated by a premier jury for their artistry and creativity in contemporary craft. Artists span 13 disciplines, from metal to basketry to paper, all created by hand. The full list of artists can be found here.
