Jack Laroux (featured in both Create! Magazine and the Create! Magazine10th Anniversary Book)is a fine artist based in New York City, with his primary studio practice located in the Catskill Mountains of New York State at Chateau Laroux Studio. He studied illustration and fine art at Parsons School of Design in both New York City and Paris, beginning in 1998, and has since built an international studio practice with exhibitions worldwide.

His work presents a cubist interpretation of the world, grounded in stained glass and shattered glass imagery that explores the effects of light as it passes through and illuminates transparent surfaces. Laroux primarily works in acrylic and spray paint on canvas, employing a distinctive and layered technique that builds complexity through surface, color, and depth.

Laroux’s work has been exhibited at prominent venues and events including Art Miami during Art Basel Miami Week, the billboards of Times Square, and the Polish Consulate in New York on Madison Avenue, as well as in galleries internationally. After more than twenty-five years in the contemporary art world, he continues to refine a distinctive visual language rooted in layered abstraction, light-based perception, and complex compositional structures that make his work immediately recognizable.
