Broken but fun to look at: life through the lens of chronic pain

My work is an autopsy of the relationship between the body and mind. Influenced by the raw distortion of Francis Bacon and the radical honesty of Frida Kahlo, I create images born from the isolation of chronic pain. I use the female form as a battlefield where explicit physical structures clash with the "unreality" of the mind.

To create, I use music to weaponize my emotions, manipulating my internal state until it manifests visually. What starts as a simple yearning is quickly distorted by a wave of pain, leaving behind only a sense of what could have been.

These works are not just images; they are epitaphs for the edges of the human condition.
