Beau Bernier Frank, featured in both Create! Magazine and the Create! Magazine 10th Anniversary Book, is a French-American oil painter from California’s Central Coast. His work centers on expansive coastal landscapes: winding mountain ranges, dense forests, open beaches, and vast stretches of water. Through a distinctive visual language, he balances detailed line work with areas of restrained color and subtle gradients.

Frank’s paintings explore the tension between structure and openness, detail and atmosphere, showcasing an ongoing investigation into how landscapes are remembered and reimagined.

He is represented by Gallery MAR in Carmel, Arden Gallery in Boston, Washington Gallery in Texas, and 19 Karen Contemporary on Australia’s Gold Coast. His work is also featured at Sur House at Ventana Big Sur and the Mercantile Gallery at Post Ranch Inn.

In 2025, Frank founded Caleta Club, a vacation rental and artist residency in Cádiz, Spain. Designed as a creative retreat along the southern Atlantic coast of Andalucía, it reflects his growing commitment to fostering artistic community beyond his studio practice.
