He has been interested in using geometric shapes, simplistic landscapes, and vibrant colors to build worlds that feel familiar and foreign at the same time. He has been featured in publications from Create! Magazine and Artsin Square.

Artist Statement

Food has always been a big influence in my life. I learned how to cook at a young age and have always been fascinated by the food drives our culture. I try and put it on a pedestal in my drawings and paintings, wondering how future cultures would look back and see what ours has become. Creating the myth of what people view food as and how they might view it in the future by using simple colors and landscapes.
